60-Day Training Plan – Brevets + Permanents 兩個月訓練計畫

[在取得報名資格的Super Randonneur系列後的練習計畫]

因為Long Island沒有太平了,打算利用Brevets + Permanents來做移地訓練。這樣雖然花費很傷,但騎乘方式跟PBP比較接近。

這些路線 (from 6/26) 都是精挑細選的路線: 風景優美但又很有挑戰性。用在夜間騎乘實在是浪費美景,所以這些都是早上出發。(600k當然是會有夜騎的)

晚上出發上次試過應該沒有問題了 (at least 450k)。

Note: The first peaking was PA600k on 05/21-22, followed by the rest period (the weeks of 05/28 & 06/04)

Brevet [B]; Permanent [P]

2nd Peaking period – 06/11 – 07/10

Tapering period – 07/11 – 08/14

  • 07/16 – Rest
  • 07/24 – TOSREC 178k (New London, Connecticut) – Climbing 1830 m (Done!)
  • 07/31 – [B] NYC 200k (New York, NY) – Climbing 2134m (Done!)
  • 08/06 – [P] Papa Bear 115k (Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ) – Climbing 1240m (Done!)
Flight: 08/15/2011 (arrived on 8/16/2011)

Tapering開始應該是從在7/16開始,慢慢降低騎乘量。600k後的rest week,先將車子去做大保養 (換管線,煞車皮等)。後面的兩次長程是要小測試配備,fine-tune。八月,只騎短程幾次就好。裝箱前再小檢查一下。
