我的玻璃左腳–那些年經歷過的傷痛

大約十五年前還在參與業餘單車競賽時,就意識到自己雖然喜歡戶外運動,但是並沒有比較好的運動天份。那時每個月我的累積騎乘里程可以高達1000km,因為既然沒有天份,就只能靠更多的後天練習來彌補先天的不足。在這樣高的練習里程下,雖然有進步也只是勉強在比賽中追上馬拉妹、佩伶、伯芳的腳步,且也造成了運動傷害(左腳先後得過ITB和髕骨軟化症)和摔車不斷。雖然有站上頒獎台,但那是我投入了非常多的練習時間而得到的成果。

後來因為下背痛且工作繁忙的緣故逐漸淡出單車運動,但個人喜好運動的心情並沒有因此而減少,在2011年開始做跑步訓練。2011年底參與了人生第一場半馬賽(台北富邦馬拉松),完賽時間2hr 21min。跑步時我比較不會有下背不適的問題,但左膝蓋骨一直都不是很好,常常跑沒多久就會膝蓋痛,所以練習里程也不敢多,每個月大概是100km的跑量。從2012年3月到2013年1月總計完成了7場的半馬比賽,全部的完賽時間都是2hr 1x min,我那時候多希望自己能夠半馬跑進2小時啊。
