First Fall on Clipless Pedals 首次上卡摔車

第六登飛鳳山。

出發前，我想左腳不要上卡，因為離集合點這麼近。沒想到我左腳有卡入 … so you can imagine.
It all happened pretty fast. I even didn’t think about it at all and then I was already on the ground. Ouch!

左彎把被撞歪了(後來一位車友幫我推回去)，左膝有擦傷，但我還是參加晨騎。這天的狀況很不好。
Cycling note: Very windy. Very poor performance on the climb (due to the fall or too much talking?)

回程又在竹中大橋拍照 。

 

  

隔天，身體多處淤血且不舒服。比我想像的要嚴重。
