【Bike】滾筒訓練台的另類訓練思維
之前在單車同學會的論壇上看到有人分享他踩滾筒訓練台的心得,他提到因為滾筒訓練台幾乎沒有阻力,所以我們可以單純的把滾筒訓練台當作是一個功率計,如果 我們要提升在訓練台上的速度,無非就是加重齒比或是提升迴轉速,所以當速度踩的越快,代表著我們的輸出功率越高。為了這個想法,我翻出了之前的訓練記錄做 一個參考,看看自己進步的幅度。
以下的時速都是平均時速,可以看做是整體的平均功率輸出。

排除掉幾天比較奇怪的數據,可以看到自己的輸出功率呈現一個上升的曲線,要繼續進步啊!
而去年的3/26的平均時速為39.9km/hr,而10/08的平均時速為54.2km/hr,代表著這半年內,我的平均時速進步了35.8%左右(之後就再也沒進步了,唉……)。假設在訓練台上踩踏的輸出功率與平均時速呈現一個穩定的線性正比關係,那也就代表著我的輸出功率在這半年中進步了 35.8%。只是進步還是要在更進步,未來一定要繼續有所突破!
